5 Stars for IC Construction! Quality work within appropriate amount of time. I had them prep and paint my house that needed some small repairs. They completed the project within a week, and I am very happy with the quality of the work. I will hire them again in the future for more projects. They are able to do painting and general contracting which is a bonus. I think their pricing was very fair also.

IC Construction was fabulous. Isaias Cisneros was great! We had what for use would have been a lengthy job. He came in and completed it with his associate in less than eight hour. Kind, friendly, and just an overall really nice person. Made friends with our animals and took selfie with our cat for his daughter. Prices were so reasonable. I cannot recommend. IC construction and especially Isaias more. We will be using him again for other projects in the future.

Isaias did a great job on my mother in laws home. We contacted him to do a few fixes on the house such as replace the sink in the bathroom, new flooring & pain the interior of the house and everything came out better than imagined. I would highly recommend IC Construction Inc to anyone who wants work done on their house. They are very reliable and hard working people!

I used Isaias for 3 projects. our first project was back in 2019 when he did interior painting for a number of rooms in a NE portland house. recently, in October 2024, I hired IC construction to complete 2 more projects including a full exterior painting job on my 3400sq ft house and garage, as well as interior painting job for multiple rooms. He did an excellent job. Communication was great, he was reliable, on time and completed the work efficiently and cleanly.
